This may be purchased in conjunction with other services.


  1. A mix of general IT support services over a period of 1 year
  2. Up to 40 hours of remote support via the internet
  3. Up to 20 hours of phone support
  4. Up to 20 hours of on-site support (Melbourne metro, CBD and Yarra Ranges)
  5. Technologies supported include all those listed in the TaDah Data service catalogue
  6. Support services provided on business days between 6am and 6pm
  7. Out-of-hours support provided for critical faults
  8. Response time same or next business day, or sooner for critical faults
  9. TaDah Data provides quarterly summary report of support services provided


  1. Major IT changes or upgrades
  2. Support for technologies not included in TaDah Data's service catalogue
  3. Out-of-hours support except for critical faults

Client Obligations

  1. Support requests to be made via the TaDah Data website, phone or email
  2. Support requests to include details of the fault or assistance required
  3. Remote or on-site access to be provided as required for work to be performed
